Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for standard items and 7-14 business days for oversized furniture.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your delivery's progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, MyToque ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
